USA Shipping Tariffs

Due to the uncertainty and inconsistency around tariffs, customers are 100% responsible for the import duties and tariffs charged on their order by their country upon import.

Unfortunately we don't have enough information or control once the parcels leave Australia to be able to fordward charge it to you or prepay it. Usually we don't find out about tariff charges until customers tell us. 

We help how we can by absorbing part of the shipping cost when we quote it
