Atomic Performance Products return and refund policy
NOTE: This does not cover warranty transactions. Please see our Warranty information for warranty claims.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will endeavour to complete the return or refund within a 30 day window. This generally happens a lot quicker but is depends on each case.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We charge a 20% restocking fee for change of mind. If you are unable to provide original packaging we reserve the right to charge an additional reasonable repackaging fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Fees and costs
- 20% restocking fee
- You pay freight back to us for returns and exchanges
- For returns due to faulty or damaged parts we pay freight back to you and refund your freight cost
- For exchanges, you pay freight both ways
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot help you if you are in a rush and decide to use the part even though you have concerns. You will save time stopping and raising the issue compared to having to rebuild a motor. Please let us know if you are concerned about a part.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like machined or specific fit parts, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are always happy to exchange an item for another. Build plans change, your budget changes are we don't want to leave you in the lurch. We will only charge reasonable adjustments for exchanges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the parts have been inspected by us. We are happy to assist with getting the parts to us for inspection or arranging a 3rd party inspection. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not after we raise any questions or issues. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We may also choose to apply additional store credit on top of the refund. You will be notified of this. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
