Welcome to Atomic Performance Products. These Terms of Service outline the rules, boundaries, and operational guidelines governing your interactions with our business. By engaging our services, purchasing our products, or collaborating with our team, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Our ultimate goal is to produce the best high-performance parts possible. To achieve this, we require a structured, professional environment that protects the integrity of our work and the wellbeing of our team and partners.

01 Scope of Business Operations

Atomic Performance Products operates dynamically across multiple facets of the high-performance automotive and engineering sector. Our scope of business includes, but is not limited to:

Retail and Wholesale: Supplying premium high-performance parts and products to individuals and trade businesses.
Engineering & Advisory Services: Providing technical consultation, system design, and specialized engineering guidance.
Workshop & Manual Labour: Executing physical assembly, fabrication, and related manual services within our workshop facilities.
Outsourced Machining & Partner Collaboration: Coordinating with highly skilled third-party machinists and technical partners to deliver precision outcomes.

02 Fostering a Collaborative Environment

We engineer and produce the best parts possible. To sustain this standard of excellence, we—and by extension our network of suppliers, machinists, and engineering partners—deserve a calm, respectful, and safe working environment.

Code of Conduct: All customer interactions with Atomic Performance Products staff, as well as our external partners, must be conducted with professional courtesy. We maintain strict boundaries regarding abusive language, harassment, or threats.

Violation of this Code of Conduct will be considered a material breach of these Terms of Service.

03 Refusal of Service & Refunds

Refusal of Service: In the event that we refuse service to a customer that has work in progress with us or a part payment has been made, we will return payments made minus 50% of the cost of work rendered so far. We will only refuse service mid-project if our terms of service are breached.

Refund Calculation Formula:

Refund = Total Payments Made - (50% of the Total Costs of Work Rendered to Date)

Practical Example

For example, if a $10,000 deposit has been paid and we refuse service mid-project having incurred $5,000 of machining costs, we would refund 50% of the incurred cost (which is $2,500).

Deposit Paid by Customer: $10,000
Machining/Labour Costs Incurred by Atomic: $5,000
Deduction (50% of incurred costs): $2,500
Total Refund Issued: $7,500

* Incurred costs include, but are not limited to: materials purchased, engineering hours logged, manual workshop labor completed, and invoices from outsourced partners/machinists.
