Atomic Barra Heavy Duty Timing Chain Kit | Core Kit + Sprocket

Our Core + sprocket heavy duty timing chain kit comes with nearly everything you need to replace the timing chain system on every type of Barra from stock to 1500hp. It includes detailed instructions on how to install the included chain, upgraded billet curved guide and billet cromo pivot bolt, new top and straight guides, a new billet crank sprocket, all the required seals and gaskets. 

Our kit features a heavy duty timing chain which is much stronger than factory chains and can better handle the extra strain from stiffer valve springs, big cams, higher revs etc. 

The billet curved guide is made to be unbreakable and goes through multiple stages of heat treating after it is machined from steel billets. It is reprofiled at the tip to stop the plastic on the guide from snapping off. It's so good that everyone else has copied it!

Our billet crank sprockets are much tougher than factory as they have been heat treated and case hardened to make them very wear resistant. The tolerances have been tightened to ensure they are a very good fit to reduce vibrations and noise from the engine.
