Our Core heavy duty timing chain kit comes with the minimum you need to upgrade the timing chain system on every type of Barra from stock to 1500hp. It includes detailed instructions on how to install the included chain, upgraded billet curved guide and billet cromo pivot bolt, and new top and straight guides.
Our kit features a heavy duty timing chain which is much stronger than factory chains and can better handle the extra strain from stiffer valve springs, big cams, higher revs etc.
The billet curved guide is made to be unbreakable and goes through multiple stages of heat treating after it is machined from steel billets. It is reprofiled at the tip to stop the plastic on the guide from snapping off. It's so good that everyone else has copied it!
